Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
